The staples of my former diet: fish sticks, tootsie rolls, and Pepsi, which I sometimes substituted with chocolate milk or a vodka cranberry.
Now I eat healthier, or try to. I define healthy eating the Michael Pollan way: “Eat food. Mostly plants. Not too much.”
So, I planted a garden and joined a CSA. Then I decided to haphazardly blog about it.
